To get ripped fast, you need to build your muscles. And the only way to gain muscle is to do weight training. Of course, there are other ways such as steroids. But you do not want a heart attack at the age of 30 do you? So, stick to the exercises.
Most people commit one very dangerous mistake when they are doing weight training. They think the more the train the faster their muscles will grow. However, your muscles can only take so much. So, do not over do your trainings. Make sure you give your muscles enough time to rest. Otherwise you will have some serious health problems.
You should also do cardio training at least 5 days a week. You need that stamina if you want to do weight training properly. Mix it up a little once in a while. This way you won’t get bored with your exercises. This is very important as most of people stop working out because it gets boring after couple of weeks.
